On May 21, 2026, Bicara Therapeutics Inc. issued a press release entitled “Ficerafusp Alfa Plus Pembrolizumab Demonstrated Differentiated Three-Year Overall Survival and Deep Responses Driven by TGF-β Inhibition in 1L R/M HPV-Negative HNSCC.” A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
