Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 29, 2026, Four Corners Property Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the Company’s Supplemental Financial & Operating Information for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
