HONEYWELL ANNOUNCES QUANTINUUM'S FILING OF REGISTRATION STATEMENT FOR PROPOSED INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING

CHARLOTTE, N.C., May 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Honeywell (NASDAQ:HON) today announced that Quantinuum, a leading, full-stack quantum computing company, has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its Class A common stock.

The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Quantinuum intends to list its Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "QNT."
