The hearing regarding settlement of the action captioned Vargas v. Workman, et al., No. 2:24-cv-07258-FLA (C.D. Cal.), has been continued from February 6, 2026 to February 25, 2026. As required by the Court, a copy of the Notice of Pendency of Settlement of Action, revised to reflect this continuance, is filed hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
