The Reporting Person beneficially owns a 50.4% interest in Dynagas Holding Ltd., and as a result, may be deemed to be a beneficial owner of these Common Units. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of these Common Units except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of these Common Units in this report shall not be deemed an admission of the beneficial ownership of such Common Units for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose. |
| 2. These General Partner Units are held by Dynagas GP LLC (the "General Partner"), which is the general partner of Dynagas LNG Partners LP. The General Partner is wholly owned by Dynagas Holding Ltd. The Reporting Person beneficially owns a 50.4% interest in Dynagas Holding Ltd., and as a result, may be deemed to be a beneficial owner of these General Partner Units.
