Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 27, 2026, Guardant Health, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the resignation of Craig Eagle, M.D., the Company’s Chief Medical Officer, to be effective as of May 8, 2026.
