Important Information Regarding the Proxy Statement, dated September 8, 2025 for BlackRock MuniHoldings New York Quality Fund, Inc. (“MHN”), BlackRock New York Municipal Income Trust (“BNY”) and BlackRock MuniYield New York Quality Fund, Inc. (“MYN” or the “Acquiring Fund”)
