On April 27, 2026, Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its operating and financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
Additionally, on April 27, 2026, the Company posted a new investor presentation on its website, www.solaris-energy.com. A copy of the presentation can be reviewed at the Company’s website by first selecting “Investors Relations,” and then selecting the “View All Events and Presentations” tab.
