On February 2, 2026, Standard Motor Products, Inc. issued a press release announcing an increase in its quarterly common stock dividend from thirty-one cents ($0.31) per share to thirty-three cents ($0.33) per share, payable on March 2, 2026, to shareholders of record on February 16, 2026.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference.
