As CTO, Shelley will set and execute a vision that accelerates the growth of TSG's technology stack and supports its clients' technological needs. This includes overseeing, consulting, and delivering customized software products and solutions, payment technology design and builds, existing platform modernizations and stabilization initiatives, and point-of-sale (POS) development and technical consulting.

Shelley brings a wealth of industry expertise to TSG. Most recently, she served as the CTO of Merchant Acquiring Technologies at Global Payments (NYSE:GPN), where she defined the vision, strategy, and execution for all merchant acquiring platforms. Her work spanned developing and operating worldwide processing platforms, including boarding and servicing, point-of-sale and terminal applications, gateways and gaming solutions, frontend authorization platforms, backend settlement systems, financial applications, and money transfers.

Additionally, as VP of Product at Total Merchant Services, she played a key role in launching their Groovv POS, and early in her career, as the CTO of Mercury Payments and one of the company's first key employees, she oversaw comprehensive software development, IT, ISV integrations, product management, and customer service functions.
