Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 12, 2026, USANA Health Sciences, Inc. (the “Company” or “USANA”) issued a press release announcing preliminary net sales for the full fiscal year ended January 3, 2026, and net sales guidance with respect to the Company's currently expected financial results for the fiscal year ending January 2, 2027. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
