Kuala Lumpur, Sept. 02, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CBL International Limited (the "Company" or "CBL") (NASDAQ:BANL), the listing vehicle of Banle Group ("Banle" or "the Group"), a reputable marine fuel logistics company based in the Asia-Pacific region, announced today it will file its Interim Report on Form 6-K for the 6 months ended June 30, 2025, on Monday, September 15, 2025.
CBL will host a webcast on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 10:00 pm ET, or Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 10:00 am MST/HKT. Company Management will discuss the Group's business strategies and recent developments at the webcast.
