Unisys Corporation (the "Company") will host a virtual Investor Day for institutional investors and financial analysts on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. EDT. The presentation to be used during the Company’s Investor Day is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated by reference into Item 7.01 of this Current Report on Form 8-K. The presentation includes the Company’s upwardly revised revenue guidance for full-year 2026, as well as certain of the Company’s medium-term financial targets.
